Return Policy:

• If there is a manufacturing fault or colour fade, you can get the replacement.
• We accept returns only via mail for incorrect items received.
• To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• A clear unboxing video showcasing the product and any issues is mandatory for return or replacement.

Refund Policy:

• Once all return requirements are met, a credit note will be initiated on Bodygo account within 5-6 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
